Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyWarta ("Service"), a product of Mismaiti ("us").By accessing or use our Services at mywarta.mismaiti.ai, CMS Admin, or mobile applications generated, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Who May Use

• Church Admin: must be at least 18 years old, have the authority to represent the church in digital content management
• Congregation (app users): must be at least 13 years old (under 17 years old is recommended with parental consent)
• You represent that all information provided is accurate
• You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

2.Service Description

MyWarta is a platform that allows religious organizations (churches) to create and managing digital congregation news applications.

2.1 What We Provide

• Creation of a template-based congregational news application via a web builder
• Admin CMS to manage content (news, schedules, devotionals, media, etc.)
• AI processing to parse bulletin documents (PDF/DOCX)
• Hosting data in AWS with isolation between churches
• Android application distribution (APK)
• The church's public page at mywarta.mismaiti.ai

2.2 What We DO NOT Provide

• Custom development beyond standard template features
• Custom server hosting (all using shared infrastructure)
• Publishing to Google Play Store or Apple App Store (we provide APKs, not store listings)
• 24/7 technical support (see operating hours in Section 15)
• 100% uninterrupted availability guarantee

3.User Account

3.1 Church Admin Account

• Each church can have a maximum of 5 admins
• The first admin (application creator) automatically becomes the owner of the church account
• All admins have full equal access — no nested roles
• Admins are responsible for all activity on their accounts
• Admins must maintain password confidentiality and immediately report unauthorized access

3.2 Congregation Account

• Congregations register via the mobile application with email or Google OAuth
• Congregation accounts are connected to one church via a church code
• Congregants can delete their accounts at any time through the application settings

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.We recommend:

• Use a strong and unique password
• Do not share login credentials with others
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use if caused by negligence of the account owner.

4.Plans & Subscriptions

4.1 Pillar Package

• 2 editions per week
• Additional editions for Christmas and Easter are provided at no additional cost if required
• AI unlimited document reader — upload PDF/DOCX, content auto-fill
• Up to 5 admins for team collaboration
• Isolated database (shared infrastructure, secure data via Row-Level Security)
• Application available for Android (APK direct download)
• Does not include submission to Play Store or iOS

4.2 Tower Package

• All Pillar Package features
• Daily publishing — no weekly limits
• Available for Android and iOS
• Application submitted to Google Play Store and Apple App Store by our team
• Dedicated database — AWS instance specific to your church, not shared with other churches
• Priority support via WhatsApp and email

4.3 Cathedral Package (Enterprise / White Label)

• All Tower Package features
• Custom admin page — branding your own church/synod, not Mismaiti
• Custom mobile app design — UI/UX is designed specifically according to needs, not from standard template
• Admin's own domain — for example admin.kerjamu.org
• Dedicated infrastructure, support, and onboarding
• Suitable for synods, denominations, or large churches that want complete control over their appearance and digital experience
• Prices and coverage are discussed based on needs — contact hello@mismaiti.ai

4.4 Package Changes

• Upgrade (Pillar → Tower): takes effect immediately, the difference is calculated pro-rata.iOS App start processing after upgrade.
• Downgrade (Tower → Pillar): takes effect in the next period. Archives exceeding the Pillar package limits remain stored but cannot be accessed until upgraded again.iOS app removed from App Store.The database is migrated from dedicated to shared.

4.5 Price Changes

Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. New prices apply to the next billing period.You can cancel before the changes take effect.

5.Payment & Returns

5.1 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are adjusted based on your location: Rupiah (IDR) for users in Indonesia, and US Dollars (USD) for international users
• Payments are processed via Xendit (for Indonesia) and Dodo Payments (for international)
• We do not store credit card data — it is all processed by the payment provider

5.2 Payment Failed

• If payment fails, you have a 7 day grace period to update your method payment
• During the grace period, the service remains active
• After 7 days without payment, the service will be suspended — CMS Admin cannot accessed and the mobile application stops accepting new content
• Your edition data and archives remain stored for 90 days — fix checkout to reactivate
• After 90 days without payment, data will be permanently deleted

5.3 Refunds

• Within 14 days: full refund, processed 5-10 business days
• After 14 days: no refunds, but you still have access until the end of the billing period
• Refund via the same payment method

6.Content & Ownership

6.1 Church Content — Yours

• The Church owns full copyright to all content created
• You can export content at any time in standard format (JSON/CSV)
• If you terminate the Service, content may be downloaded prior to deletion

6.2 Licenses You Grant to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to:

• Display content in your congregation's news application
• Display church information (name, logo, description) on the MyWarta public page
• Process documents via AI for parsing purposes
• Make a backup for data security

This license automatically terminates when you delete content or close your account.

6.3 Generated Applications

• The application code generated from the template becomes the property of the church once created
• The Church reserves the right to use, modify, and distribute their applications
• The base template, widget system and platform infrastructure remain Mismaiti's property
• The application uses open-source libraries which are subject to respective licenses

6.4 Third Party Content

You are responsible for the content you upload:

• Does not violate other parties' copyrights
• Does not contain unlawful material
• If you use licensed song lyrics or liturgical texts, you have the necessary permission

6.5 Our Intellectual Property Rights

MyWarta Platform, including:

• Website design, CMS Admin, and templates
• Widget system and technical architecture
• AI processing pipeline
• Mismaiti and MyWarta brands and logos

...remains our exclusive property.You may not copy, reproduce or create the work derivatives from the platform without written permission.

7.Usage Policy

7.1 Permitted Uses

• Create and manage congregational news applications for authorized religious organizations
• Distributing the application to church congregations
• Upload religious content: news, devotionals, schedules, songs, media
• Using the AI parse feature for church bulletin documents

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT use the Services for:

• Spreading hate speech, discrimination, or content that incites violence
• Spreading false or misleading information
• Insulting or degrading certain religions, ethnicities or groups
• Collecting congregational data for commercial purposes outside the church context
• Distributing malware or malicious code via applications
• Create a fake account or impersonate another church
• Reverse engineering the platform or template
• Using the Services for partisan political purposes
• Resell access to the Services without permission
• Upload content that contains pornography or child exploitation

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.We do not monitor content directly proactive, but will respond to reports of violations.

8.Generated Application

8.1 Manufacturing Process

Applications are generated from deterministic code templates (not AI).This process includes:

1. Admin fills in church info and chooses theme color via builder
2. The system renders code templates based on configuration
3. The code is compiled into an Android APK
4. APK is available for download via MyWarta or QR code

8.2 Quality & Limitations

• The application is generated from a template that has been tested, but may contain bugs
• We strive to fix reported bugs within a reasonable time
• Compatibility guaranteed for Android 8.0+ (API 26+)
• We DO NOT guarantee compatibility with all devices
• iOS is not currently available (in development)

8.3 Application Update

• Template updates are automatically applied to all churches when we release a new version
• Content updates (news, schedules, etc.) are available in real-time without rebuild
• Theme changes (colors, logo) require an application rebuild
• Congregations may need to re-download the APK to get the latest version

8.4 Distribution

• We provide direct APK and QR code for distribution
• Publishing to the Google Play Store is not part of the standard Service (available as an add-on in future front)
• Churches are responsible for distribution of the app to their congregation

9.AI Processing

9.1 Document Parsing

The AI parse feature uses third-party AI services (Anthropic) to process documents bulletin.By using this feature, you agree that:

• The text of the documents you upload is sent to a third-party AI server for processing
• We do not use your documents to train AI models
• Parse results are advisory — Admin is responsible for reviewing and approving prior results publish
• Parse accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100% — errors may occur

9.2 Image Generation

AI-generated splash screen and onboarding images:

• Becomes the property of the church once produced
• Can be changed at any time via CMS Admin
• Generated based on church name, denomination, and theme colors — not from sensitive data

9.3 AI Responsibilities

AI may produce imperfect or inaccurate output.Church Admin is responsible full responsibilityfor reviewing all AI output before publishing to the congregation.We don't responsible for errors that occur because the Admin publishes AI results without review.

10.Service Availability

10.1 Uptime

• We strive to provide the Service 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email to Admin
• Emergencies will be handled as quickly as possible

10.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features of the Service.For material changes that reduce functionality:

• 30 days notice
• If you do not agree, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rata refund

10.3 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure of the Service due to:

• Natural disaster, pandemic, war, or terrorism
• Internet or infrastructure disruptions beyond our control
• Third party service failure (AWS, Anthropic, GitHub)
• Government action or new regulation

11.Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

We DO NOT guarantee:

• The application is free from bugs
• 100% accuracy of AI parse results
• Uninterrupted availability
• Compatibility with all Android devices
• Google Play Store approval if you choose to self-publish

11.2 Limitation of Damages

Our total liability is limited to the greater of:

• Amounts you paid us in the past 12 months, OR
• Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah)

11.3 Exceptions

We are NOT responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Data loss due to user negligence
• Impact of content published by Church Admin
• Losses due to failure of third party services
• Damage after the warranty period

12.Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate the Service at any time:

• Cancel subscription via CMS Admin → Settings → Subscriptions
• Or contact support@mismaiti.ai
• Access continues until the end of the paid billing period
• Export your data before account closure

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment failed and was not corrected within the grace period
• Uploaded content violates usage policy
• Use that is detrimental to infrastructure or other users
• Required by law or regulation

12.3 Impact of Termination

• Access to CMS Admin and builder is stopped
• The mobile app stops receiving new data (the last content remains available offline)
• Data is retained for 90 days after termination — you can request an export during this period
• After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
• The church page on MyWarta has been deleted

13.Dispute Resolution

13.1 Peaceful Settlement

If a dispute occurs, both parties agree to resolve it by deliberation first. Contact legal@mismaiti.ai with a complete description.We will respond within14 days work.

13.2 Mediation

If deliberations do not reach an agreement within 30 days, both parties agree to take mediation through a mutually agreed mediation institution.

13.3 Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).

13.4 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

14.General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mismaiti regarding the use of the Service.

14.2 Separability

If any provision in these Terms is declared invalid, the other provisions remain in effect completely.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Redirects

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.We can assign these Terms without notice.

14.5 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.For material changes:

• Notification via email to Church Admin at least 30 days in advance
• Notification in CMS Admin
• Continued use after changes constitutes approval
• If you do not agree, stop using the Service before the changes take effect

14.6 Language

These terms are available in Indonesian.If there is a translated version, the Indonesian version occurs if there is a difference.
