1. Scope and responsible entity

PT Mismaiti Global Inovasi (Mismaiti, we, us) provides the public website and vertical SaaS platform. This notice explains personal-data processing for website visitors, prospective operators, operator accounts, and platform administration. It does not automatically replace notices issued by an operator to its tenant organizations and end users. MyWarta has its own product privacy policy.

This notice describes processing; it is not blanket consent. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant purpose. Applicable law and an agreed data-processing arrangement determine our responsibilities.

2. Operators, tenants, and data roles

A Vertical Operator runs a branded software business; Tenant Customers subscribe to it; End Users use the tenant’s product. Mismaiti determines the purposes and means of processing its own business inquiries, account administration, billing, and security records. For tenant data handled on an operator’s authorized instructions, Mismaiti may act as a processor. An operator or tenant may be a controller, depending on the activity.

Before a pilot processes tenant personal data, the parties must document roles, lawful instructions, providers, access, security, retention, incident handling, and international transfers. End users should consult the relevant product notice and contact their operator or tenant for product-data requests. We assist with requests for data we process on their behalf.

3. Information involved

Depending on the service, personal data may include your name, email, organization, authorized team members, account identifiers, support correspondence, domain descriptions, and branding or content that includes personal information. Billing records may include invoice details, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and payment status. Payment providers handle payment credentials through their own interfaces. Do not send card details or passwords in an inquiry.

Operational services may process device, IP, authentication, access, error, and security records where needed. Exact fields and collection depend on the deployed service. Tenant content and end-user data are specific to each vertical and must be described in its notice. Submit only information you are authorized to provide; avoid unnecessary sensitive data.

4. Purposes and lawful grounds

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, assess pilot fit, administer accounts, deliver and support agreed services, manage invoices and subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable ground may be steps requested before a contract, contract performance, a legal obligation, a properly assessed legitimate interest, or valid consent, depending on the activity and applicable law.

Optional marketing and any processing requiring consent need the appropriate permission and a way to withdraw it. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Tenant data is processed only within authorized instructions and applicable law. We do not treat a visit to this page as permission for unrelated uses.

5. Website storage and third-party requests

This website uses browser localStorage with the key lang to remember an English or Indonesian language preference. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Our hosting service provides a country hint derived from the request IP address; the website uses it to decide whether to offer Indonesian. Account storage on the platform or vertical products is described separately.

Fonts are hosted with this website, so displaying them does not require a Google Fonts request. When you submit the discussion form, your name, email address, domain, message, website origin and selected language are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to our team by email. This submission does not create a formal pilot proposal. Separate email links open your chosen email application; social links take you to services with their own privacy policies.

When enabled on this site, Google Analytics for Firebase loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Google receives visit and device information, browser language, referrer information limited to the referring domain, and cookie-based analytics identifiers for visit and approximate location reports. Your choice is stored in localStorage under mismaiti.analytics-consent.v1 for up to 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through “Analytics preferences” in the footer; withdrawal stops future collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to this site, but does not erase data Google has already received. A Firebase installation identifier may remain in browser storage until you clear site data.

This integration disables Google Signals and ad personalization. We do not send names, email addresses, discussion form content, or account identifiers through this analytics integration. Analytics page URLs exclude query parameters and fragments. Geographic reports are approximate; this integration does not collect age, gender, or interests. See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google’s processing.

6. Recipients and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Authorized personnel and service providers may access information necessary for hosting, authentication, email, support, payments, security, or an expressly enabled AI capability. Providers must be selected and governed according to their role and the applicable data-processing requirements. Payment providers may have independent obligations under their own notices.

The provider list, processing locations, and relevant subprocessors for an operator pilot must be disclosed in its service or data-processing documentation before tenant personal data is processed. This notice does not assert that every possible provider or feature is active. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required, or to protect rights and investigate abuse, subject to applicable safeguards.

7. AI and domain knowledge

Domain-aware AI is a planned capability; availability and processing must be defined for each service before use. An enabled feature must explain the information sent to its provider, purpose, access permissions, retention, and relevant provider terms. Operator and tenant boundaries continue to apply.

Submitting proprietary domain knowledge does not authorize reuse across operators or training shared models. Such use requires applicable explicit permission and a lawful basis for any personal data. Do not submit sensitive personal data to an AI feature unless that processing has been expressly assessed and authorized.

8. International processing

Hosting, email, payment, font, or other providers may process information outside Indonesia. The actual destinations and transfer arrangements depend on the service. For processing we arrange, applicable Indonesian transfer requirements and any other applicable safeguards must be addressed.

Operator pilot documentation must identify relevant locations and transfer protections before tenant personal data is transferred. The use of a foreign provider is not, by itself, a statement that every destination offers equivalent protection.

9. Retention, export, and deletion

We retain information only as necessary for its disclosed purpose, service administration, security, legal obligations, and legitimate dispute handling. A deletion request may be subject to lawful retention requirements. Restricted records retained for those requirements must not be reused for unrelated purposes.

A verified retention schedule is required for each operating service. Before an operator pilot launches, its agreement must specify data categories, retention periods, export formats and access windows, deletion timing, and backup handling. This page does not promise unverified fixed periods or immediate removal from every backup. Contact us for the schedule relevant to your service; vertical policies may specify their own periods.

10. Security and incident handling

Security measures must be appropriate to the processing risk and deployed service, including authorized access, authentication, tenant isolation, and protection of information in transit and storage where applicable. Specific controls and recovery commitments belong in the applicable service documentation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@mismaiti.ai without sending credentials. We assess incidents, take appropriate containment measures, and notify affected controllers, individuals, and authorities as required by law. Where Indonesian law requires a controller’s written breach notification within 3 × 24 hours, that requirement applies; contractual incident handling does not replace statutory duties.

11. Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, completion, deletion or destruction, restriction or cessation, withdrawal of consent, portability where applicable, and objection to relevant automated decisions. Applicable rights to compensation or complaint remain available.

Contact hello@mismaiti.ai and identify the service and request. We may need proportionate verification of your identity or authority; do not send identity documents unless a secure method is requested. Requests concerning tenant data may need to be handled by its controller, with our assistance. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful limitation. EU/EEA or other additional rights apply where those laws actually govern the processing.

12. Children and sensitive data

Operator accounts are intended for adults with authority to represent their business. This does not mean every vertical excludes children. A vertical serving children must establish the applicable age rules, parent or guardian authorization, notices, and safeguards before processing their data.

Sensitive or specific personal data requires an appropriate lawful basis and additional safeguards. Contact the relevant operator or Mismaiti if you believe a service has collected a child’s data without required authorization or processed sensitive information improperly.

13. Updates and contact

We will publish revisions with an updated date and communicate material changes to affected account holders as appropriate and required by law. A changed notice does not create consent for a new purpose; additional permission will be obtained where required. Indonesian and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning.

For privacy inquiries, rights requests, provider information, or incident reports, contact PT Mismaiti Global Inovasi at hello@mismaiti.ai. Identify the relevant operator or product so we can route the request. See also the Terms of Service.
